Girral Road Estate issue has moved to another Phase…
It seems we are moving into a different phase of the development cycle and the developer has released a series of documents including responses to your submissions and I might say detailed explanations of concerns expressed in all submissions. I suggest set aside some time to digest these responses and some download space. In my case I have reached out to my councillor for some indication on the process to follow this phase and I’m sure that response will be forthcoming and I will share that information on receipt.

Ok, how many times have you heard a dog bark, and all you hear is the bark and not thought why? In most cases your hound or next doors is letting you know something is amiss, or different to what in their mind is normal. In My case I know when the C17 is airborne or at times on the runway. As a pup she was startled by the low flying Road Train and never forgot, a many know when a balloon is floating above you home. They are all unique in their own ways and it up to us if we are smart enough to listen and ask why instead of just whinging or complaining. We all worry about crime in our area and you have a alarm, just learn it and then use it.. even if it’s not your best mate…
