This meeting is open to the public and available online via the Council.

It is a comprehensive document and will take time to consume but please at least peruse as it will be vital reference for later date if the application passes on Thursday.

The Grump Opinion is this development is destined to go ahead and will be a 10 year time frame so it’s important our community’s not only here but all developments stay attached to ensure development is sustainable and planned to accomodate the new influx of neighbours into our special environments. This I feel will need our community’s to monitor developments closely before, during and after to see developers have met their obligations not only in the paperwork but on the ground, in our streets and back yards and establish direct communication with all statuary authorities as a groups not just individuals.
The power of the people is in your hands and it’s your choice to be involved but don’t whine if it doesn’t go your way if you don’t.
