Koala Presences are Real

Like many of us long time residents we know exactly what is on and around our Thagoona properties and when a blow in developer states the wild life does not exist as stated AND the Council and Politicians nod their heads but still keep a foot in both camps they wonder why the punters have trouble with credibility..

We on Girral were told NO KOALAS in the Area and we have had them in our yards yet we are disbelieved for the sake of progress..

Well this morning yet another death on the main road happens and it’s time to say that’s it and we want a Full Moratorium on Any Development in Thagoona precinct.

After 42 years on the land here and watching it go from a ground zero to a place where natural wildlife is abundant and comfortable to co exist, I will not sit back and watch big business trample it without any accountability via back room deals with the authorities..

We need to call a halt until we get a full audit done by an independent body to assess development impact across the entire Thagoona Basin, something that should have been done BEFORE any approvals were granted.

Councillor MADDEN and MARTIN you must act NOW and either show your support to one or the other and duck shoving accountability won’t cut it…
